ABSTRACT
The goals of this project were to develop
1): the prototype hardware device for Phytophthora agathidicida in-field diagnostics
2): microfluidic chips with dried reagents for detecting phytophthora DNA
3): extractions of soil containing phytophthora DNA and
4): deliver a training workshop to demonstrate the prototype diagnostic tests.
