Impact Evaluation Network (iPEN) presentation describing the BioHeritage flexible contracting model
Abstract
Aaron McGlinchy, Operations Manager for the Ngā Koiora Tuku Iho BioHeritage National Science Challenge, talks about some of the different ways they've approached contracting in more flexible ways to support their mission. He'll talk about how this has enabled the Challenge to more effectively support the many other 'impact creating' activities that are required when delivering science and research if it is to be truly impactful.
